At Silver Towers, six Amiad filters are deployed throughout the complex to cover the entire domestic water supply:
Two Amiad SAF4500 twin parallel systems are
located on each roof of the north and south towers,
for 400 gallons/minute each.
A single SAF3000 (up to 150 gpm)
supplies Inclusionary Housing.
A single SAF6000 (up to 300 gpm)
supplies the Commercial zone.
(Note that the pipe shown here receiving flush discharge
was not adequate to receive 34 gallons in 25 seconds and
was therefore replaced with a larger holding tank.)
Discharge of twin parallel SAF4500 shows turbid water from captured
particulate load going to holding tank which in turn discharges to drain.
