Here is where to learn more about options for filtered water at your building.

In a moment, we'll give you links to other sections of this site that get specific about the technologies, what you can expect, choices etc.  But here's what we would like you to know first:

If your building is in New York City, chances are you are experiencing "brown water" conditions.
The source of this discoloration is principally iron and manganese (no, not magnesium - that's a mineral) that start out from the upstate reservoirs in a dissolved state - and are therefore invisible.  As they travel within the water lines approaching a building, they oxidize - at which point they are transformed into visible, particulate matter.  Read more at
FAQs.

That's why, in summary, our filters for your building's entire domestic water supply really work.
They clarify the water to the point that it is sparkling clear because they remove the vast majority of metals that have, during their long journey to where you live, precipitated out of solution and finally meet up with our filtration system just as they enter your building.

If you are interested in getting a quote
for a system, the best way is to
get in touch with us
.  We will visit your building and then be able to quote you an exact system and price.  We have numerous plumbing contractors experienced with our equipment whom we can recommend to you for the install.  We can also support the work of your designated house plumbing firm.

When we visit a site, here are the questions we want to answer.  If you prefer to email us or call us with the answers before we visit, that's fine.  With enough information, we should probably be able to give you a reasonably accurate estimate.

If you want to know more about "point-of-use" drinking water filtration systems (usually installed inside a kitchen cabinet), read up on products, technologies and especially our
filteredISbetter program, which offers building-wide discounts to any and all residents at the same building address.  You can also read about how the two filtration stages, primary ("point-of-entry") and secondary ("point-of-use") integrate for a perfect filtered water solution.

It might interest you to know:

A majority of New York's top developers (based on annual dollar volume of construction) include our water technologies on their projects.

It's a matter of record that more and more of our city's most prestigious residential buildings and public spaces are providing filtered water for the entire domestic water supply - and by an overwhelming margin, they consistently specify our equipment.

Most if not every major mechanical engineering firm in New York now designates our technologies when they are called on to specify water filtration and related technologies, such as ultraviolet light (UV), ozonation, and various types of filtration, for potable use or storm water capture and downstream applications.

Safe to say every major plumbing contractor regularly winning a contract for plumbing a substantial, new construction project has hands-on experience with our technologies.

And no less important, our customer support is dedicated and ferocious - whether consulting with house personnel, providing field start-up, or being promptly responsive even years after an installation has been in place.
