Maximum Reduction of Volatile Organic Compounds

The TX9000 is ideal for environments where an unusual degree of protection against a vast spectrum of possible VOCs is needed, and flow rate and cartridge longevity are secondary concerns. The restricted flow rate of 0.5 gallons / minute ensures its depth of reduction of the broadest range of VOCs and THMs, providing premium quality drinking water. This multi-stage filter encapsulated in a single cartridge should always be used with a dedicated faucet.

    What it filters

    How it works

The rated capacity of 500 gal/min is based upon 200% NSF-certified claims if used when the full range of contaminants (VOCs and THMs) are present in the raw water. If your water isn’t that loaded with VOCs and THMs (and it probably isn’t), the filter can be used for longer.
This product is NSF certified for near total reduction of:

    • Volatile Organic Compounds, including MTBEs, Trihalomethanes (THMs), and Chlorine taste and odor.
    • Near total reduction of cysts (including Cryptosporidium, Giardia, and Entamoeba), oxidized iron, manganese, sulfides, and asbestos fibers.
Through Everpure’s exclusive precoat process, water flow automatically coats the unique Micropure® filter membrane, a proprietary blend of ultra-fine activated carbon. The Granular Activated Carbon chamber purges organic chemicals, including chlorine, VOCs, and THMs. The TX9000’s Ultrafiltration Membrane Chamber flow removes virtually all particulates down to 0.5 micron (at least 999 parts per thousand).
